How do you invest in your wellness? It's easy to prioritise busy home lives, demanding jobs and helping to support our loved ones. But we also need to make time for ourselves and invest in our own good health too.
I can help with two of the key pillars for keeping well - what we eat and movement.
As a qualified nutritionist I support you to optimise your diet to achieve your health goals, by inspiring you in the kitchen and educating you on health issues. I can arrange wellness checks including gut health, hormones and full blood tests.
As a yoga teacher I help you to embrace the joy of movement - allowing you to optimise strength, coordination and flexibility. I offer regular classes in Downley near High Wycombe and online, plus yoga mornings and retreats.
Yoga retreats create the space and luxury of time for you - come and enjoy three days of yoga, delicious food and great company!
